However\, research shows that having to hide parts of your identity at work can be exhausting and mentally draining. \nThis panel will feature Penn alumni discussing strategies for both finding inclusive employers that welcome and value your identities and ways to effectively navigate the work environment as your authentic self in terms of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds\, sexual orientation\, and lived experiences.
