The workshop aims to produce a white paper and publish a research perspective in a major journal or media outlet. \nOrganization. The workshop is organized by Carbon Connect (https://carbonconnect.eco/)\, a team of researchers who have been awarded an Expedition in Computing by the National Science Foundation.
